Online Store Orders

  • Our software does not allow us to make adjustments to finalized purchases. Please check your order info to make adjustments, or email us to check if manual adjustments are possible.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
  • Customers are responsible for reaching out via email for any changes they’d like to make to their shipping information. (contact@fuwaffy.com)
  • Fuwaffy LLC is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, shipping companies are responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo their respective delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once your shipping company responds to your claim we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with your carrier.
  • Filing a claim does not guarantee your carrier will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under the customer’s order.
  • Fuwaffy LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.

Domestic Orders/Shipping

  • Orders are generally received within 15-20 business days (2.5-3.5 weeks) after the date of fulfillment unless the item is marked “PREORDER”, in which case the estimated delivery dates are listed in the item description.
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during the holiday season, depending on the volume of mail experienced through postal service.

International Orders/Shipping & Customs Fees

  • Customs duties and import taxes vary from country to country, and kick in at different values for different types of products.
  • If the package contains products that qualify for that country's import taxes, customers will be responsible for paying these to their country's customs or tax department to receive the package.
  • Customers are responsible for any VAT or import taxes their country charges.

Returns/Exchanges

  • PREORDERED items purchased from Fuwaffy are final sale, since your order directly affects how many are stocked in our initial inventory count.
  • Other items purchased from Fuwaffy may be returned for store credit or exchanges if unopened. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed. Fuwaffy will not issue any refunds on returned/ worn products.
  • All exchanges must be for the same product in a different size.
  • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
  • We are not able to accept returns for products not purchased directly through our website for any reason. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.

Discount Codes

  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
  • For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.

Sales

  • All sale items are final purchase include Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.

Special Sale Events (Expos, Warehouse sale, etc...)

Art Commissions & Projects

This Terms of Service outlines an agreement between the client and Fuwaffy LLC ("the artist").

Any agreements that are broken may result in being blacklisted, and your order cancelled/refunded either partially or in whole.

  • You are of legal age.
  • You have usage rights for any details, including inspirational images, and any other design aids provided for reference in this project.
  • The artist reserves the right to post any deliverables on social media, unless requested otherwise.
  • You understand your usage rights, and are responsible for providing information on your intended use of any deliverables.
  • You acknowledge any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist in writing.
  • You will communicate in detail your intended usage, and agree to discuss any changes in additional uses with the artist at any time during and after the project completion, which may be subject to the artist's approval.

Payment

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse any project.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise discussed. If the agreed payment is not received during the agreed timeframe, the artist reserves the right to cancel the project.
  • The artist reserves all rights to any deliverables until the agreed payment is paid in full.
  • For any projects under $1,000 USD, all costs are due upfront.
  • For any projects over $1,000 USD, costs may be split between 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion.
  • Projects include commercial usage rights for the client, unless stated otherwise.
  • Personal use rates can be discussed, however, if any changes in additional usage rights need to be added after project completion, details need to be discussed with the artist and may involve additional payment.

Commission Usage Rights & Licensing

  • All commissions apart from collaborative projects come with limited commercial rights. These rights may be discussed and adjusted for each use case, which needs to be approved if changed.
  • Profits & proceeds rights are not included unless otherwise discussed. Merchandising requires approval from the artist, and may involve further written agreements.
  • All distribution, marketing, and adaptation rights of the artwork belong to the commissioner(the "Licensee") upon completion of the final payment.
  • The Licensee may edit the work to fit their needs, print & distribute the artwork in other forms, outside of profit & merchandising, with or without credit to Fuwaffy (the "Artist").
  • Collaborative projects may have a separate licensing agreement, and different rights may be discussed.

Privacy Fee

Refers to you requesting part or all parts of your deliverables and its process being offline, nothing will be publicized on social media by the artist.

  • 10%-50% upcharge depending on the level of privacy

Revision Fee

  • Two revisions are allotted while the commission is still in progress.
  • Revision requests after the commission is completed is charged with a negotiable revision fee (capped at 20%)

Commission Refunds

  • The artist cannot offer a refund after the initial draft has been completed, under normal circumstances.
  • In the event the artist is unable to complete the request, a discussed partial refund will be offered based on the current completion of the deliverables.
  • No refunds will take place, and the client agrees not to file a chargeback after a project has been completed.
  • The client is not guaranteed a full refund.
  • If a project is cancelled due to the client's inability to comply with any Terms of Service, the artist reserves the right to cancel the project without any refunds.

Terms of Service Changes

  • Fuwaffy LLC may choose to revise these Terms at any given point.
  • Only ongoing projects will be notified of any changes made that may affect their project.
  • By continuing to use the artist's deliverables and services, the client agrees to any revisions in the Terms.
